Please note the following before placing your order:

On occasion, orders might take up to 8-10 weeks to ship.
While I am constantly trying to fulfill orders faster - and usually do - at times limitations such as unexpected printing delays, deadlines, world events, tours, personal matters, and other limiting factors can lead to delays.

Shipping to countries outside the USA can take up to an additional 8 weeks after the item has been sent. Again, it is usually faster, but customs can be slow.

Orders for books that are not yet released might not be shipped until after the book's release date.

"Order special instructions" below cannot be used to request personalization on books. This must be done on the book's product page before adding to the cart.
