This is a pre-order. Books will not ship until the beginning of November at the earliest. If you place an order with other books, they will all ship together when A QUEEN OF ICE ships.

~ Book will be signed on title page by Elise Kova. If you would like additional personalization, such as "To [Name]" or a message, please fill out that section as part of your order. Please no drawing/doodle requests. Personalization is $1 extra to account for extra time.

~ Book is approximately 5.5 x 8.5 inches
~ Shipping rates determined by USPS and are a function of size, weight, and destination. Tracking is up to the respective providers.
~ Book will be shipped in cardboard media mailer
~ Due to the personalized nature of this item, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, please contact me if your book arrives damaged. It is my goal to ensure that my readers are happy!

Shipping
- Most items are shipped within 2-4 weeks. However, some items might take as long as 10 weeks to ship. Unless otherwise noted on the listing.
- Preorders for forthcoming books will not ship until on, or just before, the release date.
- Tracking information will be sent when it is generated, not when the item is in the mail. It is possible for 5-14 day delays (depending on the item) to occur between the two.
- Individual books are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a rigid mailer.
- Orders for multiple books are shipped in boxes with extra packaging for protection.
- Depending on shipping selections and items, some swag and books might not ship together in the same package.
- If shipping to an address in the USA, it might be cheaper shipping to place two orders - one for books and one for merch - due to shipping options.

Returns
Due to the personalized and made to order nature of many of my items, I am unable to accept returns as a standard practice. That said, it is my goal that every buyer is happy with their items. So if, for any reason, you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, please contact me (Elise Kova) so we can find a resolution.
